Please note: during bank holidays we have a min 3 night stay policy, our cancellation policy is as follows, cancellation within 14 days loss of deposit ( £50 on hotel bookings ) outside 14 days there is a £20 admin charge only, please note that 30% deposit is charged on both of our cottages, cancellation within 3 days of day of arrival will result in total cost of stay being charged.
